About Us

Our vision is to establish an inclusive environment where individuals can regain their sense of empowerment and reclaim pride in their unique identities.

As therapists, we recognize the profound impact of mental distress, including racial trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, on individuals' lives.

At 2 Point Perspective, we are dedicated to assisting people from diverse backgrounds and beliefs in their journey toward mental and familial healing through teletherapy.

We warmly welcome and provide support to all.

Our Services

At 2 Point Perspective, our goal is to provide individuals and families with the tools to navigate through life.

Through our teletherapy services, we aim to diminish the symptoms of distress, cultivate self-awareness, and implement support in coping with daily life.

Raising a child alone can often feel overwhelming, frustrating, and lonely. Constant, legitimate fears can feel like they're controlling your life. At 2 Point Perspective, we offer you a safe space to communicate, so together, we are building a generation that is nurtured and supported.

Race-based trauma generally emerges from experiences of racial harassment, racial profiling, and/or discrimination. At 2 Point Perspective, our goal is to allow you to process the emotions associated with racial trauma, work on techniques needed to obtain mental stability, and provide tools to promote social advocacy.

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to life's transitions. With teletherapy sessions at 2 Point Perspective, you’ll learn to adapt, overcome, and move forward with your new normal.

We, at 2 Point Perspective, are not crisis counselors. We do not have the resources needed to quickly respond to a crisis or emergency situation. If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
